隨著電力市場(chǎng)化程度的不斷提高，儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)將在新電改的刺激下，將迎來(lái)重要發(fā)展機(jī)遇。2016年作為國(guó)家儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)“十三五”規(guī)劃的開(kāi)局之年，認(rèn)清新形勢(shì)、順應(yīng)新常態(tài)、把握新機(jī)遇、迎接新挑戰(zhàn)將會(huì)是構(gòu)建儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新生態(tài)最重要的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)。

As the development of power market, the energy storage sector is going to confronted with key development opportunity with the power reform. The year 2016, as the first year of “13rd Five-Year Planning” for Chinese energy storage sector, should be most used for innovation for the national energy storage sector among “new normal, new opportunities and new challenges.

根據(jù)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，針對(duì)我國(guó)在能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、規(guī)?；瘍?chǔ)能、微電網(wǎng)儲(chǔ)能、分布式可再生能源儲(chǔ)能、通訊基站儲(chǔ)能、工業(yè)節(jié)能用儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)、家庭儲(chǔ)能、電動(dòng)汽車風(fēng)光儲(chǔ)充（換）電站等應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域需求，國(guó)家相關(guān)部門正積極組織實(shí)施儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)重點(diǎn)研發(fā)專項(xiàng)，繼續(xù)推動(dòng)前瞻性儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)研究、共性關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、商業(yè)化運(yùn)營(yíng)模式以及產(chǎn)業(yè)政策研究，為儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支撐和戰(zhàn)略儲(chǔ)備。

Based on the development conditions and trend of both Chinese and overseas energy storage sector, in order to meet the needs in these fields like energy internet, large-scale energy storage, microgrid storage, distributed renewable energy storage, communication base station, industrial energy conservation-based energy storage, household energy storage, EV-Wind-Solar-Energy Storage Charging Station and so on, the Chinese government is proactively organize and implement energy storage key projects to boost the prospective energy storage research, key technology, industry standards, commercial operation and industrial policy study for technology support and strategic reserve.

為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)國(guó)內(nèi)外儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)界的交流與合作，在推動(dòng)能源結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化同時(shí)，依靠?jī)?chǔ)能技術(shù)逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)能源轉(zhuǎn)型，中國(guó)化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、中國(guó)儲(chǔ)能網(wǎng)、中國(guó)投資協(xié)會(huì)儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)投資促進(jìn)中心、北京鑒衡認(rèn)證中心、賽迪顧問(wèn)等將聯(lián)合主辦第六屆中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能大會(huì)（深圳(www.thesurfingworld.com)）暨首屆中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能應(yīng)用展覽會(huì)，本次會(huì)議將在加快培育具有核心自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)，探索風(fēng)光儲(chǔ)輸?shù)瓤稍偕茉醇夹g(shù)的商業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)利用有著重要積極意義。首屆中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能應(yīng)用展覽會(huì)是中國(guó)化學(xué)與物理電源行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)主辦的“第十二屆中國(guó)國(guó)際電池技術(shù)交流會(huì)/展覽會(huì)CIBF2016”的重要組成部分，CIBF2016展覽面積為82500平方米，參展商將達(dá)到1300家，展位數(shù)量超過(guò)4000個(gè)，將有來(lái)自50多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的40000多名觀眾參觀展覽會(huì)。

For the sake of international energy storage communication &cooperation, China Industrial Association of Power Sources(CIAPS), China Energy Storage,China General Certification Center, CCID Consulting and so on will co-host the 6thChina (Shenzhen) International Energy Storage Conference & 1stChina Energy Storage Application Exhibition to boost energy structure optimization and transformation based on energy storage technology. The Conference will play an important role in terms of culturing intellectual property rights for key energy storage technology, discussing renewable energy commercial development and application such as wind-solar- energy storage-transmission. As an important part of “12thChina International Battery Fair”(CIBF 2016) hosted by CIAPS, covering 82,500 m2with 1,300 exhibitors and over 4,000 booths, the 1stChina Energy Storage Application Exhibition will attract more than 40,000 visitors from 50 countries and regions.

2011年、2012年、2013年、2014年，中國(guó)儲(chǔ)能網(wǎng)在北京已成功舉辦四屆中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能大會(huì)，分別就"儲(chǔ)能的價(jià)值與使命"、"儲(chǔ)能的應(yīng)用與展望"、“儲(chǔ)能的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)”、“儲(chǔ)能的商業(yè)化運(yùn)營(yíng)模式”為主題進(jìn)行了深入探討。2015年在上海成功主辦第五屆中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能大會(huì)。儲(chǔ)能大會(huì)已邀請(qǐng)到來(lái)自中國(guó)、美國(guó)、加拿大、澳大利亞、英國(guó)、德國(guó)、法國(guó)、韓國(guó)、日本、西班牙、臺(tái)灣以及香港地區(qū)等國(guó)內(nèi)外200余位前沿專家發(fā)表精彩演講，國(guó)內(nèi)外3000余家領(lǐng)先企業(yè)積極參會(huì)。據(jù)中國(guó)儲(chǔ)能網(wǎng)初步統(tǒng)計(jì)，中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能大會(huì)平臺(tái)已成功幫助企企合作、校企合作、內(nèi)外資合作金額突破50億元人民幣，并建立了強(qiáng)大的高端人脈資源渠道。中國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)能大會(huì)現(xiàn)已成為儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域最具權(quán)威性和影響力的國(guó)際盛會(huì)之一。

China Energy Storage has successful held the China International Energy Storage Conference consecutively in the past four years, and made deep discussion on these themes like “Energy Storage Value & Mission”, “ Energy Storage Application & Outlook”, “Energy Storage Opportunities & Challenge”, “Energy Storage Commercial Operation Mode”. The year 2015 witnessed the 5thChina International Energy Storage Conference successfully held in Shanghai. So far, more than 200 cutting-edge experts from China Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, US, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, France, South Korea, Japan, Spain etc. have delivered presentation and over 3,000 leading enterprises took part in the conference. According to statistics of China Energy Storage, the conference has boost the cooperation between enterprises, university and enterprise, Chinese and overseas enterprises around RMB 5 billion, and built high-end human resources channel which made the conference as one of the most authoritative and influential international conferences in terms if energy storage sevtor.
